Account deletion
Delete your Conditiond account.
You can ask us to delete your Conditiond account at any time.
How to request deletion
Email privacy@conditiond.app from the address you use to sign in to Conditiond, with the subject "Delete my account".
Sending it from your sign-in address helps us confirm the request is genuinely yours. If you cannot, email us anyway and we will verify another way — we will never action a deletion request we cannot attribute to the account holder.
What happens next
- We confirm we have received your request.
- We verify you are the account holder.
- We action the deletion and confirm when it is done.
We will action your request as soon as we reasonably can.
What deletion means for your data
How we handle personal information, including retention and the rights you have over your data, is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you would like to know specifically what will and will not be removed for your account, say so in your email and we will explain before actioning anything.
If your club or coach invited you
Conditiond accounts are usually created through a club or team. Deleting your Conditiond account removes your access to the app. Your club or team may also hold its own records about you — if you want those removed as well, contact your club directly.
