We're building the conditioning platform that should have existed 10 years ago.

Evidence-based, accessible, and built for real coaches — not lab scientists.

The problem we noticed

Strength has rules. Conditioning has guesswork.

Strength training has been standardised for decades — 8-12 reps for hypertrophy, 3-6 for strength. Everyone knows the rules.

But conditioning? Coaches are still guessing. They collect fitness test data but don't know how to turn it into programs. They prescribe the same session to every athlete regardless of fitness level. The tools don't exist.

What we're building

Conditioning, standardised

conditiond standardises conditioning the way rep ranges standardised strength training. Test your athletes, get their MAS — their Maximal Aerobic Speed — and every session is automatically personalised. No sports science degree required.

The arc is a MAS curve. The dot is your athlete's data point.
