What we collect

On this website, we collect your name and email if you submit the demo request form.

In the conditiond app, we collect the information needed to deliver conditioning programs — such as coach and athlete profiles, fitness test results, and session data. Where athletes opt in, we may also sync activity data from connected wearable services.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the platform and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers.

Data security

Data isolation is enforced at the database level using Row Level Security. Organisations cannot see each other's data, and athletes can only see their own. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our database is hosted on Supabase in the AWS Sydney region.

Cookies & tracking

The conditiond app does not use third-party tracking cookies. This marketing website uses Google Analytics (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. This information helps us measure traffic and is not used to personally identify you.

You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by declining analytics cookies where a consent prompt is shown. Local storage is used only for non-sensitive UI preferences that stay on your device.
